Job Title : SAP HR/HCM Consultant

Job Description :

We’re seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM consultant to join our project team for a key client. The successful candidate will support our HR systems landscape, focusing on implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Human Resources modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation & Configuration:

– Configure and maintain SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Learning Solutions).

– Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.

– Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and labor requirements.

2. Business Analysis & Support:

– Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

– Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting.

– Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.

3. Integration & Reporting:

– Integrate SAP HR with external systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, finance systems).

– Develop reports using SAP Query and other reporting tools.

4. Training & Documentation:

– Prepare functional specifications and end-user training materials.

– Train HR staff and key users on system processes and updates.

5. Continuous Improvement:

– Recommend best practices and process improvements.

– Stay current with SAP HCM updates and new releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

– 3-7 years of SAP HR/HCM consulting experience.

– Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

– Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.

– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in global SAP HR rollouts and multi-country payroll implementations.

– Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, HR Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA HCM.

– SAP HR or SuccessFactors certification.

– Knowledge of integration with Finance (SAP FI/CO) and external HR systems.
