Primary responsibilities are:
Work with end users to troubleshoot issue in production on the shop floor in real time
Triage production issues and work with support team to resolve in a timely fashion
Identify areas of improvement in current processes to streamline the manufacturing workflow and user experience
Support functional design and UAT of enhancements related to the SAP manufacturing solution
Act as super user to guide end users new to SAP and new to the client manufacturing solution; answer questions, do over-the-shoulder training and provide feedback to leadership to improve new user onboarding process
Resolve issues in production with firefighter access when need and authorized to keep manufacturing operations moving
