– Configure and monitor EMS queues for complaint updates.
– Debug TIBCO message flows.
– Develop message routing workflows for event notes publishing.
– Build messaging flows for real-time case notes.
– Configure topic-based publishing for Event Hub.
– Integrate EMS with RESTful APIs for case submissions.
– Lead TIBCO-based messaging architecture.
– Design scalable message flows for large complaint cases.
– Implement high-availability configurations for message queues.
