Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Cloud Network Architect to design and oversee the nervous system of our Google Cloud environment You will be responsible for connecting our physical offices to the cloud and ensuring our applications can talk to each other securely and at high speeds

What You’ll Do:
Virtual Private Cloud VPC Design Create the private network bubbles where our data lives You’ll decide how to segment different parts of the business so a problem in one area doesn’t spread to another
Hybrid Connectivity Manage the bridge between our current servers and Google Cloud You’ll set up highspeed connections like Cloud Interconnect or Cloud VPN so data moves seamlessly during the migration
Traffic Control Load Balancing Design how we handle millions of users at once ensuring they are automatically routed to the healthiest and closest server
Network Security Work with the IAM and Security teams to set up Cloud Armor to stop hackers and Firewalls to control who can enter the network
Cost Optimization Monitor how data moves to ensure we arent being charged unnecessary hidden fees for data traveling between different regions or out to the internet

What Were Looking For:
Networking Specialist You understand the old world of networking cables routers and switches and the new world software defined networking in the cloud
GCP Network Expert Deep knowledge of Google specific tools like Shared VPCs Cloud DNS and Service Directory
Troubleshooter When a system is slow or an app cant see a database you are the person who can trace the path and find the bottleneck
SecurityFirst Mindset You treat every connection as a potential risk and build Zero Trust networks that verify everything
