Job Description:
ServiceNow experience (incident, change, demand).
– Mandatory Agile/Jira experience; managing boards, sprints, Kanban.
– Jira project management; sprint planning, backlog management.
– Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet experience.
– Weekly SDLC tracking across instrument environments.
– SDLC/GxP experience: validation, test traceability, release/change control.
– Laboratory experience; ability to communicate with scientists and IT.
– Robotics experience preferred.
– Strong stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation.
– Self‑motivated; able to work independently and in teams.
– Onsite 4–5 days/week.
– Additional: scientific computing/lab IT experience; QA/CSV alignment; ServiceNow coordination; strong documentation and communication.
