QA Lead with Selenium and automation expertise is responsible for defining the automation strategy| designing robust frameworks (e.g.| Selenium WebDriver| TestNG JUnit)| and mentoring the team to implement automated testing in Agile environments. They oversee script maintenance| CICD integration| and high-level test planning to enhance overall software quality. Key Responsibilities in Selenium Automation Strategy Framework Design Design| develop| and implement scalable| reusable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver| Java Python| and tools like Maven Gradle. Technical Leadership Mentor team members on Selenium best practices| code reviews| element locator strategies| and maintenance of automation scripts. CICD Integration Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines (Jenkins| GitLab CI) to ensure continuous testing. Test Planning Execution Determine automation feasibility for regression| functional| and smoke testing| ensuring full test coverage and reduced manual effort. Reporting Analytics

Generate| analyze| and report automation results to stakeholders| identifying areas for improvement.
