We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Conga CLM to lead the design, development, and integration of contract lifecycle management solutions. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, leadership capabilities, and close collaboration with business and legal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce implementations and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, architecture, and development on the Salesforce platform

Architect and implement Conga CLM solutions, including Contracts, Templates, Clause Library, and Workflows

Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL

Design and implement integrations between Conga CLM, Salesforce, and external systems (ERP, DocuSign, REST/SOAP APIs)

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams

Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices

Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards

Support deployments, releases, and production issue resolutionRequired Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

3+ years of direct experience working with Conga CLM

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and legal workflows

Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer, Technical Architect, or related)

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
