Position:       Business Analyst- Techno Functional

Locations:     Charlotte, NC – Onsite Day 1

Duration:      Contract

Interview:     2 Rounds

Need:

1.           Telecom background must

2.           IVR / Contact Center System must

3.           Billing systems (e.g. Amdocs, CSG etc.)

4.           Conversation AI knowledge (ideally Kore.AI)

JD

•            Expertise in IVR systems and Conversational AI platform

•            BRDs, functional specs, user stories, Experience with system

•            Integration involving telecom platforms (e.g., billing systems, BSS, CRM

•            Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, especially for telecom and IVR systems.

•            Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
