Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of AI and machine learning (ML) implementation, with a strong focus on algorithms, neural networks, and relevant frameworks. This role requires a hands-on expert-level coding proficiency in Python or Java, enabling the candidate to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases using Python or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI ML trends, tools, and technologies.
- Optimize existing AI models and algorithms for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in AI/ML implementation, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Deep knowledge of neural networks and their applications.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Expert-level coding skills in Python or Java.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Years of Experience:
- Must have working hands-on experience of 5 years working as an AI Architect
- Must have worked in telecom domain.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data processing frameworks.
- Experience in developing APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful AI/ML project implementations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
