Senior Automation / Electrical Engineer (PLC & Robot Integration Specialist)
Job Summary
15+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, electrical design, PLC programming, and robot integration. Expert in EPLAN electrical design, Siemens PLC full-series programming (S7-200/300/1200/1500, TIA Portal), and KUKA / ABB / FANUC robot programming, debugging and on-site teaching. Specialized in automotive assembly lines, lighting production, NVH foaming, painting lines, battery PACK module lines, and intelligent manufacturing equipment. Capable of independently delivering full project lifecycle: electrical design, hardware configuration, software programming, on-site commissioning, equipment validation, and customer technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake electrical design for automated production lines, including schematic design, I/O planning, electrical component selection, and cabinet 3D layout with EPLAN.
Develop and debug PLC programs for Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff controllers; complete hardware configuration, logic programming, HMI development, and field debugging.
Program, configure, and on-site teach KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Staubli robots for material handling, gluing, painting, assembly, and visual guidance applications.
Integrate servo systems, safety modules, sensors (Keyence, Cognex, IFM, SICK), and vision systems; perform communication debugging (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherCAT).
Lead on-site commissioning, equipment acceptance, and customer technical support for automotive, new energy, home appliance, and lighting production lines.
Complete equipment debugging for EOL testing, airtightness testing, gluing processes, NVH foaming, and automatic assembly systems.
