Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

 

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules to meet business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
• Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end-users and technical teams.

• Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and emerging trends in supply chain management.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful de
• livery.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

 

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP suite and familiarity with other related modules such as Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and interfaces between Oracle Cloud applications and other systems.
