Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:;

Strong hands-on experience with Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
•       Expertise in ETL architecture, design, development, and optimization
•       Strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL Server
•       Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Data Modeling
•       Experience in data integration, migration, and transformation
• Hands-on experience in Unix / Shell scripting • Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and governance practices • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Roles & Responsibilities
•       Lead end-to-end ETL development initiatives using BODS
•       Collaborate independently with business users, product owners, and stakeholders 
to understand data requirements and translate them into ETL solutions
•       Analyze existing ETL solutions and identify, implement, and optimize code changes
•       Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ETL jobs to ensure data accuracy,
performance, and reliability
•       Design and implement efficient data models and transformation logic
•       Work extensively with Oracle databases for querying, tuning, and performance optimization
•       Develop and maintain Unix scripts to automate ETL operations and batch jobs
•       Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
•       Coordinate with data warehouse and downstream application teams to ensure 
smooth data integration
•       Document ETL designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
•       Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to ETL processes.
•       Act as a Scrum Master / ETL Lead, ensuring Agile best practices, sprint execution, 
and delivery quality.
