Requirements
International is looking for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management Support . Following are the critical responsibilities for this position :-  
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide advanced (L2/L3) support, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs.
- System Management: Perform MAWM configuration for bug fixes and performance tuning , and ensure alignment with business needs, handling updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Process Improvement: Develop automated solutions, optimize workflows (picking, packing, etc.), and identify enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, infrastructure, ERP (e.g., SAP), and warehouse operations teams.
- Vendor Liaison : Collaborate with Manhattan CSO organization on issue resolution, platform capabilities and enhancements.
- Adhere and align to IT Change Management and Governance Process.
Qualifications
Should have experience working in WMS Support team
• Warehouse operations domain experience is a must.
• Should be open to travel at least 20% with no restrictions to travel to Mexico and Canada.
• 10+ years of working with best in breed WMS Solutions is a must.
• Manhattan WMS and LM experience is mandatory
• Needs to have multiple full lifecycle MAWM Implementation experience
• Should have the good understanding of the complete WMS Process Flows.
• Good experience in WMS Cloud implementations.
• Understanding & Developing Complex WMS Rules.
• Understanding & Developing Workflows.
• Should have excellent technical skills and should be able to independently handle the technical assignments.
• Understand & capable of designing WMS and/or Legacy system(s) Integrations.
• Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written.
This position will be required to work on weekends or other breaks if the warehouse is working on a rotation shift basis to provide support to already live sites.
