Required skills and qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

·         Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

·         Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·         Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred skills and qualifications

·         General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.

·         Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
