Sr. PM / Scrum Master – Short JD
Location: San Jose, CA
Role: Senior Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional technology programs and multiple Scrum teams.
Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and operational excellence.
Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Lead intake, prioritization, release management, and production issue tracking.
Develop program/portfolio dashboards and process improvements.
Mentor teams and drive successful delivery in a matrixed environment.
Requirements:
7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience.
3+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
4+ years of people management or mentoring experience.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Experience with enterprise technology, roadmaps, and release management.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PMP/PgMP/PfMP preferred.
Sales Enablement/Sales Operations experience is a plus.
