Must Have:

·       We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with PLM expertise to lead Agile delivery within a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support ART-level execution, and coordinate across product, architecture, and engineering teams while driving delivery excellence for PLM platforms such as Windchill or Teamcenter.

Job Description:

·       Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives

·       Support SAFe ART ceremonies including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt

·       Coach teams on Agile/SAFe best practices in a fast-paced delivery environment

·       Collaborate with Product Analysts and Technical Product Owners to ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria

·       Manage Jira boards, sprint tracking, and delivery metrics for transparency

·       Maintain documentation in Confluence (plans, assumptions, decisions)

·       Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, dependencies, and migration/cutover activities

·       Act as a coordination bridge across cross-functional and globally distributed teams

·       Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.

·       6–8 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master

·       Hands-on experience in SAFe framework (PI Planning, ART coordination)

·       Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence

·       Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

·       Experience working with distributed/global teams

·       Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

·       Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI concepts (basic understanding acceptable)
